Lemon Miso Dressing Recipe

What you’ll need

  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon

  • 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 3 tbsp Miso Paste (sweet or white miso)

  • 1 pinch of kosher salt

Let’s make it

  1. In a small cup or bowl, add your olive oil, lemon juice, and miso paste. Combine with minced garlic and salt.

  2. Mix all ingredients until well-combined (ingredients should no longer look so separated by the oil, but more like a thick dressing).
