Lemon Miso Dressing Recipe
What you’ll need
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Miso Paste (sweet or white miso)
2 tbsp of minced garlic
1 pinch of kosher salt
Let’s make it
In a small cup or bowl, add your olive oil, lemon juice, and miso paste. Combine with minced garlic and salt.
Mix all ingredients until well-combined (ingredients should no longer look so separated by the oil, but more like a thick dressing).
Pour over salad, chicken, etc., and enjoy!
